Design
At ADC, superior engineering design and project management are the cornerstones of our business. Tool Room
A complete in-house Tool room ensures that production dies can be properly maintained for optimum performance and long life. ADC offers in-house tool design and manufacture with all the necessary equipment to efficiently build and maintain your tooling.

Diecasting
We have 11 diecasting machines of capacity ranging from 180 Tons to 660 Tons locking force in a built up area of about 100000 sq. feet as detailed below:
180 Tons - 1 No.
250 Tons - 4 Nos.
400 Tons - 2 Nos.
420 Tons - 3 Nos.
660 Tons - 1 No.

We have the flexibility to handle various alloys as follows:
• Aluminum – ADC-12, LM-2, LM-6, LM-24, LM-30, AlSi9Cu3, AlSi12 We have an Optical emission spectrometer to analyse the chemical composition of every melt in production.

ADC has established relationships with qualified suppliers for powder coating, electro-static painting, anodizing, chrome plating, ball burnishing and Impregnation.
Warehousing
Today's volatile business climate demands tighter inventory management while ensuring adequate stock to support unplanned business opportunities. ADC's computerized production management system tracks customer orders from inception to completion and can provide real time order status information upon request. Our recent facility expansion provides the necessary space to support flexible shipping plans such as JIT, KANBAN, ship-to-stock and blanket contracts with multiple deliveries.
